By using the services of Northlight Counseling LLC, including this website, telehealth sessions, or SMS communications, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Services Provided
Northlight Counseling LLC provides professional mental health services. Therapy is a collaborative process and is not a substitute for emergency care.
Scheduling, Payment, and Cancellations
Clients are responsible for timely payment
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee
Insurance
I am in-network with: Blue Cross of Idaho, Aetna, PacificSource, Regence, Cigna, St. Luke’s, SelectHealth, United Healthcare. Clients are responsible for verifying coverage and co-pays with their insurance provider.
Telehealth / Online Platform Use
Telehealth sessions require a secure internet connection
All platforms used are HIPAA-compliant
Clients are responsible for maintaining privacy during virtual sessions
SMS Communications
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and not a condition of receiving services
SMS messages may include appointment reminders and administrative communications
Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP

Limitation of Liability
Northlight Counseling LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from therapy services or website use.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
