No Mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying [STOP]. Message and data rates may apply.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Northlight Counseling LLC, you may receive text messages related to:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Scheduling or rescheduling

  • Administrative notifications and practice communications

Northlight Counseling LLC is in-network with the following providers:

  • Blue Cross of Idaho

  • Aetna

  • PacificSource

  • Regence

  • Cigna

  • St. Lukeโ€™s

  • SelectHealth

  • United Healthcare

Payment methods accepted include:

  • Direct payment

  • Superbill submission for potential insurance reimbursement (subject to your individual policy)

Cancellations

  • 48 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged the full session fee

Limitation of Liability

Therapy is a collaborative process requiring active participation. Northlight Counseling LLC cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from therapy services.

No Substitute for Emergency Services

I do not provide emergency mental health services. In a crisis, please:

  • Call 911

  • Go to your nearest emergency room

No Surprises Act Compliance

In accordance with the No Surprises Act (42 U.S.C. ยง 300gg-132), I provide transparent billing. Upon request, a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected service costs can be provided before your appointment.
